About Chad
Chad's Plan for District 73
Chad is a graduate of Swifton High School. He then went on to obtain
his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Northern
Illinois University. In 2005, he graduated Arkansas State University
with a Masters degree in American Government.
He has been a public school teacher for several years. Before
becoming a teacher, Chad worked in the health care field. He has
experience in local government working in county government and
with the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce. He is currently
the Lawrence County Republican Chairman and member of the State
Executive committee so he has established relationships with several
people in Little Rock.
Chad is a devout Christian and strives to put God first in everything
he does. He has been married 8 years to his wife Kim, who is an R.N.
at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. They have 2 young daughters,
Reagan and Marisa and reside in Walnut Ridge.

Bringing jobs to our community is his #1 goal. To make this happen we
have to accomplish four goals:
- Reduce taxes on individuals and businesses to make Arkansas
more appealing for jobs
- Improve the quality of Arkansas schools to produce a more
educated workforce
- Improve infrastructure (roads, power grids)
- Reduce regulations to make the state more business friendly
